If heavy metal’s ever-expanding flow chart of subgenres isn’t enough evidence of its flexibility, our generation of metal has seen the rise of many a super-group. These colossal collaborations club together musicians otherwise engaged in or taking a break from their main bands to push the boundaries of their signature styles and make brutal music together. In 2014, in between Adrenaline Mob and Killer Be Killed moseying on to the scene with their studio albums, it was the turn of Devil You Know. Consisting of singer Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage), guitarist Francesco Artusato (All Shall Perish) and drummer John Sankey (Devolved, Fear Factory, Divine Heresy), the band’s material in their upcoming debut album ‘The Beauty Of Destruction’ has so far been making heads bang and necks break among their early-bird reviewers and eager fans. Now made into a full line-up with bassist Ryan Wombacher (Bleeding Through) and guitarist Roy Lev-Ari (Hiss of Atrocities), Devil You Know are ready to unleash new album to be released later this year on the American audience with a series of tours.
