Indeed, the night of 26th of June was all Thrash! Four bands: two Romanian, one Croatian and of course, what people wanted to see the most –the girls from Nervosa.
The first band was Pyroblast, the Romanian Thrash metal band which I’ve never seen before, but their show was full of energy, headbanging and moshpits, following which Damage Case, another Romanian Thrash metal band, performed another energetic show. The Croatians from War Head put up a good show too, since during their show more metalheads appeared and again, being a Thrash metal night, headbanging and moshpits were common. The most-awaited show of the night was next: Nervosa, the Brazilians, were touring over Europe and were in Romania for the first time, promoting their newest release, ‘Agony’.
Before the show began, the girls were on stage to prepare all the instruments and the public went crazy and were calling them. After that, the show started and the crowd was very excited. What I liked the most about Nervosa is the fact that they communicate a lot with the public and at this point, the audience gets more and more excited; about 3 weeks ago I saw Kreator for the first time and I have to say that Nervosa’s show was more exciting than Kreator’s one. The headbanging and moshpits weren’t missing!
The Brazilians played both old songs and new songs from ‘Agony’ like ‘”Hostages”, “Intolerance Means War” and “Surrounded By Serpents”. The night was enjoyable, and one could see that not only the metalheads in the crowd but also the band members seemed happy and enjoyed the show in Bucharest.
