Ahead of the Australian tour, Metal Wani’s Daniel Jaramillo had a chat with Protest the Hero’s Tim Millar.
He discusses about their upcoming tour, support acts Closure in Moscow across Australia, how they have evolved musically over the last 15 years, band’s latest EP “Pacific Myth”.
He also talks about why the band chose to use Bandcamp as a way of releasing new music each month to their fans, difference between the method used by the band and traditional method of releasing a record, his opinion on Patreon platform & whether this approach is the future of metal industry.
He throws light on the musical influences from Canada, his opinion on what sub-genre of metal they see themselves belonging to, bands they would love to go on tour with and their plans for 2017.
